FITNESS COACHING

  • A customized workout plan for 4 weeks to help you reach your goals.  This includes both strength training and cardiovascular conditioning.

  • Weekly check-ins with Amanda to keep you motivated and on track.

NUTRITION ASSESSMENT

Do you feel you've got your fitness routine on lock, but are struggling to get your eating habits under control?  Trust me, you aren't alone!  Sign up for my nutrition coaching to grasp the basics of eating healthy, instead of being on a diet (dirty four letter word!!). 
  • In depth questionnaire regarding your relationship with food and your weight loss or health goals. 
  • Includes one (1) week nutrition plan for all meals and snacks each day.
  • Shopping list for maximizing your meal plan, including helpful pantry staples. 
  • 2 additional E-Mail check-ins with Amanda to discuss your progress.
